Hotel Contracting
Our extensive Accommodation Portfolio currently comprises 1200 properties in all categories (from large well known hotel brands in central locations to intimate boutique hotels) in 12 Greek destinations. Cretan Holidays, has always had its own team of experienced buyers, directly contracting all hotel accommodation. We’re continuously scouting, extending, and upgrading our portfolio with new products, as well as renegotiating the rates in the current portfolio. We take multiple year commitments in key hotels and hotel chains allover Greece.

Our strong negotiation power and policy taking risk on buying beds, enable us to provide availability even during the peak season, at the most competitive rates and conditions.

Moreover, our entire portfolio is connected via XML to major distribution channels.
Yield Management
One Market Manager has been appointed per Tour Operator and source market, providing complete and professional yield support to our partners for all the destinations. Through continuous benchmarking, we are always able to obtain and issue most competitive Special Offers. Whereas our close relations built with the hoteliers over the decades, allow us to provide extra allocation and shorter release periods, according to the specific needs of our partners, assisting them to fill their committed charter seats and maximize their revenues.
Transfers
We offer a complete spectrum of transfer services ranging from VIP transfers, private taxi transfers to shared bus transfers from the main airports to the main tourist resorts.

Our own bus fleet consists of new luxury vehicles, all equipped with GPS for instant control, audiovisual equipment and in compliance with all EU safety requirements. Our drivers are always in uniform and have been trained in tourism and customer service. In addition, all buses operating on Crete provide complimentary Wi-Fi access. Our Traffic department with “live control” is available 24h/7, monitoring the routes of the running transfers and taking action whenever required.
Excursions & Activities
With our rich excursions & activities program, we can cater for any demand or interest.

The program includes excursions, adjusted to the needs of the respective markets of our partners. They do not cover only the highlights of each destination but also focus on experiencing the local culture. There is also a selection of differentiated exclusive excursions, always operated with a small number of participants, branded as CH Plus Series. We continue to create and develop new ideas to enrich our guests’ experiences to the limit, while on holidays in Greece. Our Excursions Expert team is in the position to manage a large volume of guests (over 100.000 excursion participants annually), with the highest level of guest satisfaction (0.02 % complaint ratio).

Groups & Incentives
Our independent Groups & Incentives Dept can handle any kind of leisure and corporate group travel request. From small groups, meetings and incentives to large conferences and themed events. In co-operation with our extensive network of local suppliers, we creatively design customized programs based on group requirements and budget restrictions. Our experienced team can also cater for special interest requests such as destination weddings & honeymoons, cultural and educational tours, Fly & Drive itineraries, eco tourism, gastronomy tours, sports & active tourism (hiking, biking, sports club arrangements) etc..
Representative Services
Cretan Holidays can undertake rep services for its partners. Our team consists of 40 experienced representatives, native speakers in either German, French or English, providing consistently outstanding service and support to our guests, throughout their holidays. From airport welcome, hotel visits, hospital assistance to departure guidance.

Our representatives are professionally trained through annual customer service seminars, with the aim to ensure memorable holidays to our guests.
Customer Care
Our multilingual customer care department is committed to efficiently handle and solve any in-resort matter that may occur. Being in continuous contact with the representatives, all complaints are handled and resolved on the spot within the minimum of time, ensuring our guests get the most out of their holidays and to avoid post departure complaints.

Car Rental
In co-operation with our sister company Autocandia, one of the leading car rental companies in Greece, we provide a wide range of car rental services, with a fleet of more than 1.000 owned cars. The fleet consists of the newest vehicle models, ranging from small economy cars to Jeeps, SUV’s, and minibuses. We offer a 24-hour breakdown service and perform quality checks to every car prior to delivery.
